استفاده از نرم‌افزار همچنین تابع توافق‌نامهٔ مجوز کاربر نهایی (EULA) YasnaMCP است که در صورت تعارض مقدم است.

کاربرد و حساب

YasnaMCP ابزارهای مجاز نرم‌افزارهای محلی و سرویس‌های متصل یک سازمان را برای کلاینت‌های MCP فراهم می‌کند. استفاده نیازمند حساب فعال، مجوز معتبر، تنظیم کانکتور و اختیار دسترسی به سیستم مقصد است. فقط کاربران بزرگسالِ دارای اختیار از سازمان می‌توانند از سرویس استفاده کنند. حساب‌ها و اسرار را با افراد غیرمجاز به اشتراک نگذارید.

مجوز عملیات

مدیر سازمان مسئول انتخاب ابزارها، کاربران و محدودهٔ مجاز داده است. اتصال اولیهٔ عمومی ChatGPT برای خواندن و گزارش‌گیری است. اتصال کامل می‌تواند با مجوز جداگانه داده یا تنظیمات را تغییر دهد. دستور هوش مصنوعی باید مطابق اختیار شما باشد؛ پیش از تغییرات حساس، اثر عملیات را بررسی کنید و نسخهٔ پشتیبان مناسب داشته باشید. ابزارها جایگزین بررسی انسانی دربارهٔ تصمیم‌های حقوقی، پزشکی، مالی یا امنیتی نیستند.

هزینه و خدمات ثالث

مجوز و خدمات YasnaMCP مطابق پیشنهاد و قرارداد فروشِ خارج از ChatGPT تهیه می‌شوند. مبلغ و دامنهٔ خدمت در پیشنهاد پذیرفته‌شده تعیین می‌شود و قیمت سایت جایگزین قرارداد نیست. اشتراک ChatGPT، مصرف API، مدل‌ها و نرم‌افزارها یا سرویس‌های ثالث ممکن است هزینه و مجوز جداگانه داشته باشند. این اتصال عمومی ابزار پرداخت یا خرید اشتراک ندارد. شرایط لغو، تمدید و استردادِ خدمت خریداری‌شده مطابق قرارداد مربوط و الزامات قابل اعمال است.

حدود سرویس و مسئولیت استفاده

دسترسی به ابزار به آنلاین بودن کانکتور، پشتیبانی سیستم مقصد، مجوز و سلامت سرویس‌های متصل وابسته است. پاسخ مدل می‌تواند اشتباه باشد؛ گزارش را با دادهٔ بازگشتی و منبع سازمان تطبیق دهید. امکان اتصال هر محصول، دقت کامل، نتیجهٔ تجاری یا امنیتی خاص و سرویس بی‌وقفه تضمین نمی‌شود. داده و حقوق سیستم‌های خود را حفظ کنید و از دسترسی غیرمجاز، دور زدن مجوزها یا آسیب به دیگران خودداری کنید.

قطع دسترسی و داده

مدیر می‌تواند مجوز یا اتصال را لغو کند و پشتیبانی برای پایان حساب یا حذف داده درخواست می‌پذیرد. نگهداری و حذف داده تابع سیاست حریم خصوصی YasnaMCP است. نقض مجوز یا رفتار مخرب می‌تواند موجب محدود شدن دسترسی شود. حقوق الزامی کاربران و تعهدات قرارداد اختصاصی با این متن ساقط نمی‌شوند.

Use of the software is also governed by the YasnaMCP End User License Agreement (EULA), which prevails if there is a conflict.

Authorized business use

YasnaMCP exposes authorized operations from an organization’s local software and connected services to MCP clients. An active account, valid license, configured connector and authority over the destination systems are required. Users must be authorized adults. Administrators control tools, users and data access; keep credentials private.

Operations and limitations

The initial public ChatGPT directory connection provides reading and reporting. The full connection can expose changes through separate permissions. Verify sensitive changes and maintain suitable backups. Model responses can be wrong; check returned source data. Availability depends on connector connectivity, supported destination systems and third-party services. Compatibility with every product, uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy or a particular commercial or security outcome is not guaranteed. Tools do not replace professional or human judgment. Do not use the service for unauthorized access, license circumvention or harm.

Charges and third parties

YasnaMCP licenses and services are purchased outside ChatGPT under the accepted sales proposal and contract. Website pricing does not replace that agreement. ChatGPT subscriptions, model/API usage and third-party software or services may have separate costs and terms. The public connection has no payment or subscription-purchase tool. Renewal, cancellation and refunds follow the applicable contract and mandatory requirements.

Ending access and support

Administrators can revoke permissions or connections. Request account closure or data deletion through info@cerp.ir; the Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion. License violations or harmful use can lead to access restrictions. Mandatory rights and a specific service contract are not waived by this text.
